Lisa Miracchi is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research concerns issues in philosophy of mind, cognitive science, artificial intelligence, and epistemology.
She is the Wellness Advisor for Penn’s philosophy department, and also a devoted RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher and practitioner.
She is passionate about understanding the world around us and our place in it, putting good beliefs and values into practice, and helping to make academia a more welcoming place for all humans, especially those of us from underrepresented groups.
